Opposite.

Despite my efforts to not build up any weird resentment or bad feelings, I realize there is one thing I don't think I have the capability of standing no matter how hard I try:

Idiots.

We've all heard of them. These are the people who live with you sometimes, who take your stuff and then get angry when you use even a q-tip, saying they never do that to you. These are the people who go on the bus with you and sit down only to tell the bus driver they're only going one stop away and refuse to pay and hold up everyone else. These are the people who drive a Mercedes Benz and go into your store and buy expensive water but pay you in pennies, dimes and nickles. (Yes this happened to me yesterday.)

These are the people who lack common sense. Who can't see the clarity of a situation well and stick to their guns in stupidity because they. don't. fuckin. get it.

Even so, I have to remind myself that there are moments when these people don't do it on purpose.

....Right?

I mean.... no one can genuinely act that dumb and be conscious of how dumb it is and STILL do it. Right?

.............................Right?

Any who. Today is a rainy Tuesday.

I realized something about myself not long ago. First of all, I'm a person who enjoys the cold. I love cold weather, I love rainy days, I love fog, I love, love, love cloudy days. I live in California, so that must be another reason why when I see a cold, day I'm just so ridiculously happy. We don't have that many here. Ever since I was young, I've thought, if I could choose an element for me, it would be ice, the cold. The freezing. Hell, I even thought about moving somewhere where it's cold all year round.

But for a couple of years, I have also learned to enjoy the sun. Summer was always, still is, my least favorite time of the year. I don't like the massive heat waves that drag on for months. I hate humidity. I hate dry heat too. I hate waking up and feeling like It won't matter what I use, I'll end up covered in sweat and indecent exposure is not an option lol.....

But I also learned that there are things that I can only enjoy doing in the summer that I didn't like before. I like going on walks in the morning without worrying I'll catch a cold. I like sitting outside in the afternoon and looking up to the sunset. I fuckin love seeing the summer night sky, the extra hours of daylight so there's more chances to hang out with friends and not feel like I have to walk in the dark. I love the night time in the city in summer. Summer events and all that. There's winter events too but theres alot more to do in the summer, being summer and all.

I think this might have to do with my illness. Before, I could sit in cold weather and have all the possible capacity. I was always able to handle low temperatures (well, Cali low) well in the 30 F when they reached that low. Now, it's only 50 F and I'm freezing, my hands are always super cold. My body can't take the slightest breeze. It's so stupid. I mean, it's fine, but still. I miss the cold weather. The other time, I stood in the rain for a little bit while trying to fix something outside when it was pouring and I just looked up and saw it fall. It's beautiful, it's different from alot of things. I love water and the rain and I was really happy but those few minutes of proper nature gave me a cold and I was like.... what the hell? lol

Oh well. Things change over time.

I have work and it's raining.

Let me see if I can enjoy today better than yesterday.

Toodles~
